Although Media Flare is new to the market, our team certainly is not. We are a small team of graphic designers, web developers, online marketing strategists and technicians with a combined experience of over 15 years in the market. Each member of the team is highly motivated and passionate about what they do, resulting in mastering their craft.
With the web constantly changing, and new technologies emerging, we believe it is paramount to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies in order to constantly provide the latest solutions for you.

Our Process
Our process for each project normally revolves around the following steps…
- Gather Requirements
The First step of any project is to first get an understanding of what you are after. For all design and web related work, we send you a questionnaire to obtain these needs. This questionnaire helps us to understand your business' background and allows us to assess the needs of your project. We examine your competitors, analyse your market and observe industry trends that may affect or enhance the project.
- Propose Solution
Once we feel we have enough information about you, your requirements and your business, we draw up a proposal detailing the exact services we will provide, additional services you may benefit from, establish a quote with expected timescales, and overall feedback and suggestions on the initial requirements.
- Create Solution
This is where we officially start your project once we have agreed upon an overall strategy and direction. This stage begins with producing a variety of initial concepts and then developing the chosen designs into refined, distinct concepts that show off our unique creativity, whilst adhering to your company's branding. We work very closely with you on this stage to ensure we are working towards the same goal. We keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly what stage we are at.
For all web projects, we create a private link for your new website on our testing server so that you may view the website development progress at any time for the latest update.
- Launch Solution
Your project is now ready to be made public. Print media is ready to print; Web projects are ready to go live, marketing campaigns are ready to begin. Of course, before and after the project is made fully functional, we ensure it's flawless through testing and quality assurance. For web projects, this involves Cross-Browser compatibility, dead-link checks, programming functionality, etc. Only when you are satisfied is the project complete.
